About Silvergate
Silvergate Property Management helps property owners protect their investments through professional management, proactive service, and long-term relationships.

Principal
Brian Veatch specializes in commercial real estate development and property management, with a focus on medical office and healthcare environments. He pairs business and investment analysis with strategic planning to help clients create functional, high-performing spaces that support their operations and build long-term value.
Since 2005, Brian has consulted with medical practices on business strategy, facility planning, building design, and operational efficiency. He holds a Master of Science in Real Estate and the Built Environment from the University of Denver.
As a developer, Brian uses demographic analysis to identify promising locations and shapes each project around the needs of both the practices and their communities. He works to attract complementary tenants, creating collaborative environments that strengthen each practice and the property as a whole. His projects include several medical office buildings, a surgery center, and an industrial building, and he has also served as an owner’s representative on multiple tenant buildouts.
Brian lectures on the evolution of medical practices, long-term business planning, and exit strategies. Many of his clients return to work with him on additional locations, building a portfolio of well-planned spaces designed to serve their practices and grow in value over time. He is also a commercial real estate broker with Veatch Advisors.
